How Do I Get To Use The Minutes I Bought That Are In Reserve?
Sunday I bought minutes and put them on my phone. Tuesday, the phone did not work. I dialed 611. They told me I do not have sufficiant funds. I just bought time and put it on the phone two days before! You just lost a customer!!

You are not the only one.
The reserve plans used to work just fine.
They work for my kids, who are on the "Unlimited" plans.
My husband uses the "All You Need" plan, which is the $30 one.
Two months in a row now, the reserve has failed to load when the service end date rolled around. We are dealing with this AGAIN today.
I added a plan to reserve on Saturday the 23rd. His expiration date was today, the 25th. He can't make or receive calls, and the phone is giving him the message to add another plan card!

I tried to get him to use Net10 when he changed phones, but he went with Straight Talk because of phone availability. It's a royal pain in the behind, and disruptive, because he uses his phone for work as well.This week is a really big mess, since he is on call all week long.
Straight Talk needs to get their act together on the reserve plans!!
(PS - I have been on hold for 35 minutes now and STILL have not been able to speak to anyone.)
