you will have to call straight talk and enter a code.lots of luck.Took 4 1/2 hours of talking to illiterate foreigners to get it down.Get used to  getting put on hold so they can talk to their "supervisor,etc",if they really are.Their customer service is the worst i have evr had anywhere
