Greetings. The best to reset a forgotten password is to do so from a computer. If you have been locked out of the phone and now trying to login using Gmail credentials, then do the following (Provided you remember the Gmail email address you used) try and enter everything before the "@" smbol as your user name (eg. If your email address is [email protected] then only enter "name") and enter "null" as your password and try and observe.
