Paid For Internet, But Cannot Get Online.'internet Service Is Not Enabled'
I purchased the $45/unlimited plan. I get an error message that says, "Internet Service is not enabled." At first, I thought it was just a network issue, but I haven't been able to get online for nearly a month. Whenever I try to call, it's always afterhours. Since I paid for unlimited, I would like a credit since I have not been able to get online all month. Thank you!
