Need Help With My Unlimited Service Added 7/6/13 On

I put in an unlimited prepaid card on my phone and its not working. My service says its unlimited when I call the phone number for straight talk under option #4 but my service is not added to my phone. I need to know what is going on please help.

Greetings - Please ring the Customer Service again and choose to speak to a rep, from the menu, for a more prompt and definate assistance on the issue.
