If I Lose My Sd Card Will I Lose Everything?

Can I access Facebook, Contacts, Email if I lose my SD card? Is there a way of Tech support helping regain my contacts if I purchase a new SD card.

If you saved your apps and emails in your SD card yes you will lose all content saved on the SD card if you lose it. Put the important data in your internal storage or back up your data on your computer in the SD card just to be extra careful. The cell provider will not be able to help you if you lose important data on the SD card.
