Can't Access Internet On Pantech P8000 Crossover

I have had no problem accessing internet for last year on same phone. In last two days, have received error "access forbidden" when I attempt to access internet or do Google search. Many apps, including "weather" and "ABC News" still work (initial screens, but not full pages),
