Want A New Phone Number For My Cell Phone

You have to wait until your service is up and re-activate the phone to get a new number or terminate the service early and re-activate it. Either way, you lose your balance.

The following is copied directly from their Terms Of Service Agreement..

"Once you have been assigned your Straight Talk phone number you cannot change it or your Service plan until your Service End Date (as described below) expires; otherwise you will lose any unused Service balance(s) in your account. If you decide to change your Straight Talk phone number or your Service plan prior to your Service End Date, or upon notification that your phone is lost or stolen, your account will be deactivated and any unused Service balance(s) will be lost and will not be transferred"
