My Straight Talk Cellphone Says 'unregistered Sim' And I Can' Make Calls Out!

My Straight Talk cell phone says "Unregistered SIM" on the display screen.  I can not call out with the cell phone.  Customer Service is unavailable to help.  Please Help!  What can be done to fix this issue?
