Samsung Galaxy Proclaim Fwds Caller To Different #.

I am with straight talk and have a samsung galaxy proclaim. If somebody calls me and I don't pick up, the caller is forwarded to another # instead of being sent to my cell voicemail. I never set it up that way. It's happened to 2 different people so I know it's not on their end.  please help.  at this rate, i will never receive vm's on my cell! thanks.
