How Do I Reactive My Phone When I Put In A Code Entry It Locked Me Out Of My Ser

I'm not sure what phone you have, but on my 451C, you go to security, enter your code, and look at the options for out-going, in-coming, etc. calls.  Make sure you have them marked "NO".
