Puk Code

Please call your service provider.  Unfortunately each puk code is unique to your particular sim card and therefore no one outside of the service provider can give that to you.  Sometimes it's listed on the card your sim was punched out of or it's on the box, but that is rare, especially if the phone in question is a pre-paid phone.  If you have tried more than ten times, your only choice is to be reissued a new sim card.
