I Need Help With My Straight Talk Phone Can Someone Help Me
My phone says the service is disabled.

I bought a phone off of my daughter that a friend gave to her, bought minutes and put them on it and have had no problem till now, I keep getting a text saying that all premium messaging has been blocked and only the account owner can request different and i am that person, I can't get ring tones or anything all of a sudden, so please tell me what to do. You must call tech support and get the code from them... click on the menu icon "prepay" then click "code entry mode" once you have done this and have tech support online they will give you the code. Once you enter it your phone will say "code accepted" then the phone will reprogram itself and reboot. When it comes back on you'll be able to use it again
