The Only Internet That Works On My Phone Is Apps. I Cant Send Pics Either.help!

...that happens a lot!.... I've solved it by completly restoring mine!
...the other way (easier) is to take out the SIM card, and put it back on 8 times (because 1 byte = 8 bits)... BUT you have to wait around 1 minute bettween each time you take it out and put it back in otherwise you'll have to do it all over again!
