Free Call In Customer Service

Why doesnt straight talk have free service for customers when calling the company? Why should customers have to use their minutes when help is needed? I have never seen a company charge their customers to call them. I only had 8 minutes on my phone & had to borrow a phone in order to call them. This is wrong, & needs to be changed! Ammediately!!
