How Do I Forward Calls From Lg Optimus Q To Another Phone?

I am trying to prepare myself for being without my LG Optimus Q cell phone since I am sending it back on a Warranty issue. I would like to forward all calls to another phone that I will be using until I get a replacement. How do I forward my calls to another phone?
