How To Fix My Huawei Ascend H866c

My Huawei Ascend h866c keeps shutting me out of my apps. Anytime I get on google playstore for awhile it will eventually shut me out. And any game I download off the playstore it will come up for maybe a minute & then shut me out. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling and that def. isn't working. If anyone coule please give me some suggestions please?! I have had this phone for over a year and never had these problems until just recently.

Hi. If you are experiencing the issue with just the Play Store, then try clearing it data cache - Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > All > Play Store > Clear data cache ~

You may have to hard reset your device if this issue is kind of universal.

I agree with Kerv about clearing the cache on the apps you are having problems with. Do you have any kind of utilities app on the phone like All-in-one toolbox that can tell you how much ram and cpu is being eaten up and by what? Theres no real need to do a factory data reset. You more than likely just need to do a little housekeeping so to speak. Sounds like either there isnt much memory left that can be dedicated to RAM(too many apps running in the background) or the cpu is being maxed(same cause).
