Change Phone Number From One Phone To Another

Call Customer Service (1 877 430 2355). Press 1 for English. Press 1 to transfer your number. Press 2 to transfer a current straight talk number to a new straight talk phone. You will be sent to a Customer Service rep. Tell him or her you want to transfer your number to a new phone. They will ask for your phone number and a security question or two. Then they will ask for the new phones IMED which is under the prepaid menu. They will transfer everything to the new phone including the remaining balance on your account.

You can transfer your number between two phones! All you need is an Account and your current phone needs to be active. Provide them with your Straight Talk MEID DEC / Serial Number (which should be underneath your battery) and your Straight Talk Cell Phone Number when contacting them.

You will need to do it either before your airtime runs out friday or you can transfer your number to the new phone at the same time that youre adding airtime, but your phone has to be active.

call the straight talk 1800 number and pick the section transfer my straight talk phone number to another st phone...you will most likely need the sim number of the new phone thats giving to you on the red activation sticker when you first buy a phone or look on the back of the battery
