Busy Signal, Phone Is Invalid.

My ZTE Savvy won't send text messages, or recieve them. It says that the phone number is invalid, or it gives me a busy signal when I try to call anyone. I factory reset it, but it didn't help. It says something about needing a feature update, does anyone know how to help?

You will need to find an alternate phone and call Straight Talk customer service. Here is the number: 1-877-430-2355.
