Blocked Pin, Need Puk Code
? phone asked for pin # and i entered too many times, finally found pin, now phone is asking for a PUK code..This is the only phone I have so I need answers from you...

unfortunately, each SIM card has its own Pin Unlock Key (PUK) code. When your StraightTalk phone asks you for a PUK code, that means your SIM card is blocked. This requires you contacting customer service (877) 430-CELL (2355). The representative will be able to assist you in getting your SIM unblocked.
