How To Speak With Customer Service Rep...instead Of Pushing Buttons...

I have gone back to my old phone...did not like the smartphone...straighttalk was suppose to take my name off the smartphone...since I use my old one ...I have given the phone to my daughter...need to get my name off..so she can use..buy minutes...etc...Help
