Sim Cards?

Is there a sim card for the Samsung R451c?  If so, where can I get one?

No!  The 451c uses cdma towers (Verizon).  The sims phones use GMS towers.  You can buy the same phone made for GMS but it is not the 451C.  The 451C uses SD cards instead.
