Phone Won't Download Or Play Videos

I have a straight talk zte and it was slow so i took it back to factory and now it runs faster but when i try to download something off of google play it will just say downloading but never does n use to show the percentage of download and on you tube itll just show the loading on the video but never load it but comments and everything else loads just not video
