Where Is My Phone!!!!! Need Help!!!!!

Have not received a phone purchased on 12/23/2012 yet. Fedex told me that the driver delivered the phone to wrong address and as of yesterday that driver could not be reached. Spoke to Straight Talk operation manager on 12/27 whose name given to me was Wallace and ID# 5853. He said that the phone would be deactivated on Wednesday 1/1/2013 and a new phone would sent to me after he talk to the Fedex manager. I have never heard anything from Wallace but he gave a REf# 1161790822 and this number to call to get 866 272 8098 for my troubles. I asked if my money could be reutrn ed and Wallace said that it would be six weeks before I get my money. The manager Sam that I spoke to on 1/4/2012 in the Tricenter Fedex in Durham, NC have not contact me anymore. His phone number is 919 806 8029.
