My Phone Will Not Charge Or Turn On It Just Vibrates

Hi. Possible causes
1. Short circuit (have it opened and flushed with methylated spirits)
2. Corrupted firmware (a hard reset or have its firmware reflashed)
3. Bad system board (will sadly have to replace it)
