Why Are All My Incoming Calls Unknown?

This is a recent yet widespread problem with Straight Talk service.
They are aware of it, but there is no quick fix from them yet.
You can contact Customer Service to have them resolve the issue on their end.
It is best to call from another phone, however,
as they will most likely ask you to remove the battery from the "problem" phone and power it on/off, as well.
