Haven't Been Able To Activate St On Phone

I ordered 2 SIM cards and monthly service in November '12.  One was for a friend and she hasn't been able to activate her account yet because they ask for a PIN, but the PIN in the email confirmation that you sent to me, doesn't work.  My account is working fine.
