Getting New Phone Activated.

I bought a new phone 2 days ago and they cut service off on old phone.Now i have 2 phones with no service.My days of service are going to waste and i have no service!I am unable to get a person when i call 1-877-430-2355.What do i need to do to get this taken care of?
