Help With Promotion
i bought a new phone.i still had like a week left on my plan. I had already used my 10GB of high speed data for the month. shortly after i activated my phone straight talk sent me a text message telling me to enjoy my extra free high-speed data and gave me a link with more info about it.http://extras.straighttalk.com/en/16478-B01. it says that i get 15 GB of high-speed data every month that I refill my account when i get the 10 GB $45 card. BUT, when i refilled my account this month they DID NOT give me the 15 GB of high-speed data. they only gave me 10 GB. i have had no help with customer service. i looked it up and they do have a promotion going on right now where u get 50% more data every time u refill when u buy a new phone. but, no one in customer service has any knowledge of the promo. it has been very upsetting because i am always courteous when interacting with others but every one of the straight talk customer service representatives has been very rude. any help would be great.
