Is the bank open on Monday, January 2?

Notice: Sovereign Bank will be closed on Monday, January 2nd in observance of the New Year. We will resume regular business hours on January 3, 2012.

Most banks, if not all banks will be closed Monday Jan.2,2012.

New Years Day is being observed on Jan. 2,2012 for the banks as well as the postal service.

If you think your bank maybe one of those that do not closed, it might be wise to call ahead first.
