Why Is Sovereign Bank Allowed To Steal Money From My Account????
I am supposed to have " opt-in " coverage , yet the bank paid out an overdraft to Tracfone(which was double dipping) + then hit me with a $35.00 charge. Everyone at the bank agreed it was a BANKING ERROR , yet they only replaced half the fee...where am I supposed to get the rest + why do they assume my culpability in their mistake ????
