I Have Tried For Weeks To Login. I Get The Oops Message That My Password Is Not

MY SOUTHWEST WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO LOGIN. SAYS MY PASSWORD IS WRONG. SENDS ME AN EMAIL WITH A LINK TO CHANGE PASSWORD AND THE LINK WILL NOT WORK AND IS SO MANY CHARACTERS IT WON'T WORK WHEN I TRY TO DO IT MANUALLY. I WAS TOLD ON FRI. THAT THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN FIX THIS ARE CUST. RELATION. NO WAY TO CONNECT WITH THEM. CONSTANT BUSY SIGNAL ALL DAY YESTERDAY 3/21/11
