A link was sent to me to reset password but when I try I receive an "oops" message. How can I reset my password?

If Southwest's online password recovery tool is not working properly, I would call their customer service at 1-800-435-9792 for help. The website doesn't offer a phone number for online tech support when the customer has problems with their website. Instead they direct you to endlessly seek more answers/help online which can be an endless quest. Call the number and ask them for help or to transfer you to someone who can.
