Can My 13 Year Old Son Who Is Disabled Be Allowed To Fly In Just A Diaper?

My son who is 13 and disabled has bladder and bowel problems. Would he be able to fly in just a diaper and a T-Shirt due to health reasons?

I highly doubt it. to be honest, this would likely be considered public indecency. Your best bet may be to put some knd of a kilt on him.
