Initial Setup Fails After Connecting To Internet

I bought a brand new Sony 4K altra HD tv. After connecting to at&t internet via wireless or wire LAN, the initial setup fails and TV reboots automatically. it can never pass the initial setup before reboot.Can anyone help with this? Is this a problem with at&t or Sony TV? all my other wireless devices connect to internet and work well.
