How To Deactivate Party Chain On Sony Shake X10d

Press and hold the PARTY CHAIN button on the main unit until the LEAVE PARTY message appears on the display.

If you are using the Music Center app, you can also deactivate Party Chain by following these steps:

Open the Music Center app.

Tap the Devices tab.

Tap the name of the Shake X10D.

Tap the Settings icon.

Tap Party Chain.

Toggle the Party Chain switch to Off.

Once you have deactivated Party Chain, the Shake X10D will no longer be connected to any other speakers. You can then play music on the Shake X10D independently.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

If you are using the Shake X10D with a wired connection, you will need to disconnect the cables before you can deactivate Party Chain.

If you are using the Shake X10D with a Bluetooth connection, you will need to disconnect the Bluetooth connection before you can deactivate Party Chain.

If you are using the Shake X10D with a USB connection, you will not be able to deactivate Party Chain.
