Does Not Work. With Netflix And Prime

works with regular direct tv but nothing when we are on Netflix and Amazon prime

  1. Check if your internet connection is working properly.
  2. Make sure that your Sony Smart TV has the latest firmware update installed.
  3. Check if any other apps, preferably streaming services, are working fine.
  4. Update the Netflix app. Additionally, you can also try to Reload Netflix.
