Part Number For Semiconductr Laser 780nm For Sony Model Rcd-w500

where can i purchase a replacement semiconductor laser 780nm continuous emission duration for my sony compact disk recorder mod. # rcd-w500c; and are both the playback and recordind semiconductors the same? thank you very much. i am at Puerto Rico, FORT BUCHANAAN.
