How To Program Sony Tv Channels Without Remote

Perusing both the User Manual, I cannot advise you of how to manually do this. Typically, you can access the menu settings by buttons on the TV (usually found on the side/front of it). You can cycle between menus by pressing the channel and volume buttons, then pressing INPUT once you have the choice you want.
That said, since I cannot advise you of how to do this because of lack of documentation, etc, I would advise you to consult Sony directly for assistance.
Alternatively, you can purchase a replacement TV remote from PartStore.com:
