Tv Does Turn On Red Light Blinks 6 Times .why

If this is the Power/standby LED blinking the it means that the microprocessor thinks there is a problem with the power supply board and the +17VDC supply. There is also sometimes. when the C2 board (requiring a new optical engine) fails, will also cause this blink code.

I recommend a trip to the shop for proper diagnosis.
