I By Mistake Put Parental Control On A Particular Channel And Cannot Delete It

I am a senior citizen and have trouble understanding the instructions occasionallyPlease help me

On your remote control press the MENU button (if you can't find it see the picture here). Then look on your TV screen for a screen headed "Lock." Kepp pressing the MENU button until you see it. Then press the button to navigate down to "Rating" and "Off."
