Dv Machine Power Botton Blinks Green And Yellow Light

Hi. Pls I noticed that whenever I put on the machine, it starts with a green and yellow power light but instead of turning red, the both lights start blinking and there's this funny noise the machine makes. Pls what do I do. Thanks. I need response ASAP
