My D-ej1000 Will Not Charge Replacement Batteries--light Goes Off Immediately.

Hello, I have d-ej2000, light in my unit go off very fast, but te internal charger charges battery. I have the same situation with sony minidisc. Leave it charging for whole nigth and it will be ok.
