Sale Price

I am trying to order two sets of photo playing cards advertised in your mailing as sale priced at 14.99 each.  However at checkout they come up as the original price of $19.99.  Is this becasue of your misleading advertising which lists a sale price on every item which is really only available to new customers?  It is not at all clear.
