Upgrade Forces Us To Pay?

i have a skype friend whom i speak with ...we are both on the free service. I had a message to down load the new version. so i did and tried calling her and you want me to pay>

Hi,

It seems that there is some issue with the software which you have upgraded. Would recommend you to do a system restore and take the system to a prior date when it was working fine.

You can refer the Dell Article 266590 on www.support.dell.com

Note- Any application recently installed on the computer would be erased. However the files and folder would be safe.

If issue still persists, please uninstall and reinstall the skype software.
