I Am Having Trouble With Skype Being Able To Pick Up My Microphone.

Hello. While I really want to use Skype I am unable to because it won't pick up the audio from my computer. I have checked the microphone and it works fine unless I'm using Skype. Can someone please contact me so that I can continue using your service? Thank you.
