Urgent Charges From Skype Are On Our Credit Card Not Mine. Help

Charges from Skype on my Credit Card are not mine. I signed up for Skype but have never used it. Fraud Dept alerted me. We either get this dealt with today or we have to cancel our card..Please help immediately. Gretchen Hamann
