Signing Up
We want to sign up for Skype but have been told that video messanging is free. I keep seeing a minute or monthly fee. How do I sign up for just the video conferencing? What window should I choose? Should I accept the terms and agreements, or will that commit us to a fee program?

Just sign up for a skype username and it will give you all the basic features like video calls and voice calls to other skype users on computers. You only have to pay if you want to call people's phones from your computer. You can sign up for that later if you wish. Just sign up for a skype name and it's free. Yes, accept the terms of use. I love Skype. It's a great program as long as your computer/internet are fast. If you have a slow connection, your video might not show up very well but it's still a great program. Good luck.
