How Do I Receive Skype Video Calls

I will be video interviewed on Skype. I bought the camera, mic and downoaded skype. Nothing tells me how to RECEIVE a call. What do I do to receive my call?

Assuming you are properly logged in to Skype and the program is running, when another person calls you it will pop up on your screen as a telephone icon with the number and contact info of the person calling. This pop up will also have a button that says "Answer call" and "Answer with video." When you click the "answer with video" it will connect you with the person calling.
