About Albania

Well I will try to explain what is going on in Albania with skype.Using skype to skype more than one hour the internet providers are charging people with their personal .I will repeat that from skype to skype on personal computers they allow albanian customers tu use only 1 hour a day for freeAfter an hour they have to pay That dos not sound fair. Is there any answer for that .
